Run On The Bayou
Experience the bayou at its best at the Run on the Bayou 5K & 10K, proudly sponsored by Dynamic Physical Therapy, at Bayou Segnette State Park. This fast, flat course winds past towering cypress trees, open skies, and peaceful marsh views-perfect for beginners, weekend runners, and PR chasers alike. This course is a qualifier for the Crescent City Classic Seeded Corrals so make sure to lace up your fastest shoes!
Spot local wildlife, soak in the bayou vibes, and celebrate your finish at the post-race party with fellow runners.
