Clinic Director
I am the lead Physical Therapist and Clinic Director for Dynamic Physical Therapy’s Westbank location. I have been a valued employee of Dynamic Physical Therapy since 2007. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University and my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. I received additional training through continuing education courses on the foot, spine, myofascial release, and modalities. I am also certified to perform dry needling, functional capacity evaluations, and administer WorkSteps testing. I am an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints and Louisiana State University, but I also give my time and PT skills to support the athletes and coaches at my alma mater, John Curtis Christian School.

Outside the Clinic
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and our two beautiful children. I am an active member and volunteer my time with my local church.
“Once again Paul, Fred, Greg and his entire team did a fantastic job helping me get full range of motion back in my shoulder after surgery. The personal at the desk are very helpful when scheduling appointments and answering any questions. Everyone is very helpful and I was always taken on time to start my work out. Special thanks to Greg who is fantastic doing the massage. He could find the knots and work them out. Sometimes it would hurt a little and he would apologize, BUT as I would tell him ( HURT THEM LIKE THEY HURT ME). Again THANKS to the entire team and if I ever need physical therapy again (hopefully not) I’ll be back.
Paul and his entire team are Great. Every one is friendly and Patient and spend time explaining exactly what and how to do the exercises. They have lots of different equipment with duplicates so you don’t have to wait for someone else to finish before you can start. The facility is very clean and comfortable, I also like the way they clean up before and after I lay down to do some of my exercises. Appointment times are easy to schedule and I get text alerts reminding me when my next appointment is. After my therapy sessions were complete my range of motion was back to normal for my back and hip and I had no more pain.
Should I need therapy again this is where I’m coming.”

“I had a total knee replacement in early November 2025. Just before Thanksgiving, I started physical therapy at Dynamic Physical Therapy in Westwego. My initial assessment was with Paul Naccari. From that point on, my treatment was outstanding. I went every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 a.m. for over an hour until I “graduated” on February 27, 2026. All of the PTs, PTAs, and techs were friendly, supportive, and professional. I always felt safe pushing forward under their care. Rehab for knee replacement is not easy; but Paul, Craig, Kenzie, Malik, and every other member of the team who guided me were terrific.
Additionally, everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend Dynamic strongly enough for all of your physical therapy needs. In the end, they became my family and I miss them already.”
