Destiny is originally from Westwego but has spent the majority of my life in Covington and currently resides in Hammond. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2023. She attended FRANU in Baton Rouge, where she received her Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2026.
Her past experiences involve clinical rotations at St. Tammany Hospital, Integrity Physical Therapy, and NeuroTherapy Specialists. During her undergraduate, she also interned at Rehab Dynamics. Through these clinical experiences, she developed a comprehensive skill set that has prepared her to effectively serve diverse patient populations, including geriatric, pediatric, athletic, and general populations. In addition, she brings more than five years of experience as a rehabilitation technician, during which she strengthened her patient care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Her professional and clinical experience spans a variety of settings and specialties, including outpatient and inpatient care, inpatient rehabilitation, wound care, sports medicine, and balance and neurological rehabilitation.
