Catherine Miranda Authement

Miranda is a Physical Therapist at the Covington location. She is originally from Louisiana, but after graduating highschool, she moved to Hattiesburg, MS. She graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. She then moved to Mobile, AL where she earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. She has always had a passion for orthopedics, but she also enjoys working with individuals who want to better their overall health, with her background and experience as a trainer. She is certified through ACSM as an Exercise Physiologist. Miranda currently lives in Covington, LA with her husband, dog, and rabbit and in her spare time enjoys working out in her garage gym, playing anything sports related, and being on the water. You can find her taking her paddle board to the Mandeville lakefront, where she is currently attempting to teach her 90 lb dog to balance on it with her.
